The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman will be made available free of charge for individual, non-profit radio stations, either on-air or on-line. I may ask proof of your non-profit status. Non-profit radio stations are the primary target for this show. Commercial radio stations are invited to inform about the cost, which depend on the size of the station, and payment options.

Radio stations are responsible for paying the royalties of the music aired. To assist you with that, a complete playlist for each show is provided in the episodes section.

The program may not be made available for download to third parties, neither other radio stations, nor the public, without my written permission. In case of such permission, the radio station will still be responsible for paying all royalties and respecting all copyright laws.
