The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 97
Double-siders
I did a few shows on them before, and here's another one devoted to the double-sider: songs and instrumentals that were too long to fit on one side of a 78 and therefore had to be split up to be pressed on both sides of the disc.
With such long tracks there's less time for me talking, so you'll get a whole lot of music today - well that's what you came here for. Unfortunately nine-and-a-half fit in this hour so the last one was part one only. I promise to make up for that one day.
