The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 83
Legends Mix
Today's varied mixed bag of music brings caused me to do some in-depth research on an intriguing name of a woman with a wonderful voice - Sister Rockaway. Thanks to a member of one of the mailing lists I'm on and this web page on that cool record label of Roy Milton I was able to track her down to find out she never recorded anything else but this - what a shame.
Of course there's more - two songs on tearing your pants, one of the greats of blues who left a son in my little country, and the biggest, baddest, saltiest chick you would ever see.
