The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 80

Legends Mix

Today's show brings up a play list that spans from 1954 all the way back to 1929 with a wonderful blues featuring one of the greater trumpet players of pre-war "race" music. Also today some leftovers of a show on a forgotten record label that I did some weeks ago, then the Madonna of the forties, and a man who had to be convinced by his co-workers at the dry-cleaning store to pursue a musical career, which fortunately for us, he did. Well - that should be enough for my eightiest show.
