The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 52

First Anniversary Show

This is the 52nd episode of the Legends of the Rocking Dutchman, and together with an unnumbered Christmas special, that means that my show is on this station for a whole year now. So today I look back at the previous year, at the many subjects that I did shows on, and I'll play some of the highlights of last year's music.

When I started producing the Legends, I committed myself for one year, and I'd not yet decided whether I'd do more than that. Today's show is proof that I've "signed" for another year.

Next year will bring one change, as I somewhat ran out of subjects for the show. You will get more unthemed shows and less with a central theme. That's all that'll change: I'll play you the same great music and tell you colourful stories on the artists, and you'll get an occasional history lesson too.
