Legends Mix

There's always something special in a mixed bag of tunes like I'll be doing today. The leader of the backing band of a Helen Humes song that I play today may be, in American jazz and rhythm & blues, somewhat of a forgotten side note, but there's a large and populous country where he proved to be of tremendous influence of their modern music. What that is? You'll hear it today.
