The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 204
The United label
Today the start of the Chicago indie that gave us the immortal classic Night Train of Jimmy Forrest - together with many sides of Tab Smith, the Four Blazes and Robert Nighthawk - and then we're talking about the United label.
And that story brings us not only the best of these great names, but also one of the oddest combo's I ever had in my show. But these Swinging Ozarks do bring a goodie that's great Rock 'n Roll, before the craze really started.
