The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 139
Legends Mix
There's always something unusual in the playlist of my ususal "Legends Mix" shows. And so there is today, with a blues that uses a very odd instrument in the backing orchestra - a Theremin. Ever heard of that? Today's to find out. Of course there's more. How about a record label named Oklahoma Tornado? Or a song of Black Pride - from 1930? And if anyone can tell me why Decca had that strange habit releasing re-recordings of the same song within little more than a year: I still wonder.
