The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 137
Legends Mix
There's a name in every show, of someone who's completely forgotten but who contributed to the history of Rhythm & Blues with something that lasted. Today's a man named Memphis Jimmy or James 'Beale Street' Clark, who brought us a blues classic that got by as many titles as there are versions.
But also some of the great names come by - the Ink Spots, B.B. King, Dinah Washington, Memphis Minnie and Lucille Bogan. Just another set of great Rhythm & Blues.
