The Legends of the Rocking Dutchman - episode 129
Leftovers
Today is leftover day, where I play what didn't make it to some of the earlier shows I did. That does not mean second rate, just like with food where leftovers day makes for a rich meal full of variety. The tunes weren't discarded because they were less good, but simply because there was no time to play anymore, because I selected too much for the hour. Like with shows on record labels, and when I have both sides of a record, I play only one. The other one is for today.
With the music from the old shows, their subjects also come back, and a few of the stories on important people and events on Rhythm & Blues pass by again.
