Why no recipes in English?

I get a lot of mail from people who ask me why I don't have recipes in English. The simple reason is that I don't have the time for it. There is no company behind this web site; I have only limited time to spend at my PC and I suffer a severe RSI.

For the same reason I cannot grant requests like "would you please send me recipes in English" or "can I order recipes...".

Perhaps in another life, another century (and this one just began) or another situation I will make an English recipe site. But don't count on it...
